Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of YahinLo POS (pos.yahinlo.com), operated by Muhammad Rehan, trading as YahinLo. By registering for an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

YahinLo POS is point-of-sale and inventory software for retail and service businesses. It offers a Free plan and paid Standard and Pro plans, each with different usage limits (products, variants, and weekly sales), described on our Pricing page.

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

• Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are charged per payment, not on a recurring basis.
• When you pay for Standard or Pro, your plan is active for 30 days from that payment (or from your current expiry date, if you still have time left on your plan). Nothing renews automatically — you choose when to make your next payment.
• Payments are processed by Safepay. We do not store your card details.
• If your plan expires without a new payment, you get a 5-day grace period with full access, after which your POS is locked until you pay again. No data is deleted while your POS is locked — paying again immediately restores full access.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

You own the business, product, and sales data you enter into YahinLo POS. We only use it to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep YahinLo POS available and reliable, including offline mode with automatic sync, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance or updates from time to time.

YahinLo POS is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including lost sales or lost data resulting from factors outside our reasonable control.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
