YahinLo POS (pos.yahinlo.com) is a point-of-sale and inventory service operated by Muhammad Rehan, trading as YahinLo, based in Adda Gamber, Okara, Punjab, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect through YahinLo POS, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name, phone number, and email address (if provided) when you register.
• Business information — your shop name, category, address, and location, which you provide when setting up your shop.
• Usage data — the products, sales, inventory, and customer records you enter or generate while using the service, stored so the service can function.
• Payment data — when you pay for a Standard or Pro plan, your payment is processed directly by Safepay, our payment gateway. We never receive or store your card number, CVV, or banking credentials — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, plus the amount and a transaction reference.
• Device and location data — your device's approximate location, used only to suggest the correct service area when you create a shop.

• To operate and provide the POS service you signed up for.
• To process your subscription payments and keep your plan status accurate.
• To provide customer support when you contact us.
• To enforce the usage limits of your plan (e.g. product or sales caps).
• To communicate service-related updates, such as payment confirmations.

We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share payment details with Safepay solely to process your subscription payments. We do not share your business or customer data with any other third party, except where required by law.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you want your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the details below and we will process your request.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You can also update most of your account and shop details directly from your POS Settings.

YahinLo POS is a business tool intended for shop owners and staff, and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
